Canadian Poultry and Egg Statistics Dec. 2, 2010 – Statistics Canada reports that the value of all poultry products totaled $3.2 billion in 2009, a 0.7 per cent decrease from 2008. Sales of poultry meat in 2009 totaled $2.4 billion and egg sales decreased 2.3 per cent from 2008 to stand at $843.4 million.
