One correct entry per person per month will be entered into the grand prize draw. Must be 18 years of age and older. This contest is sponsored by Canadian Poultry Magazine and Intervet/Schering-Plough Animal Health and starts with the May, 2008 issue and ends with Grand Prize Draw held April 9, 2009. The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada, except for residents of Quebec, that have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. To enter, mail the official entry ballot available in issues of Canadian Poultry Magazine from May 2008 to February 2009 with your name, full address, email and telephone number to The Great Canadian Get Away Contest, Canadian Poultry Magazine, Annex Publishing and Printing Inc., P.O. To obtain an official entry ballot (while supplies last) without purchase, send a self addressed postage paid envelope to: Canadian Poultry Magazine, Contest Ballot Request, P.O. Limit of one entry per person per month allowed. There will be Ten (10) Monthly Prizes available to be won, each with an approximate retail value of $230 CDN. Random Draw dates are outlined on the entry ballot and in the Official Rules and Regulations. One Grand Prize available to be won with a value of $2,500 CDN.
