Eggs Cargo System
eggscargo_webIn the Eggs Cargo System, developed by Twinpack and Prinzen, plastic trays are stacked onto plastic pallets and a plastic divider is placed between each stack of five trays. Pallet loaders and depalletizers place the trays on pallets or destack the full pallets automatically.

The capacity of the machines depends on your requirements.

The advantages:
  • Efficient handling: The plastic packaging is extremely stable. Full pallets can be stacked higher than customary systems. The dividers facilitate easy and labour-friendly stacking of the trays. Full pallets can be loaded, unloaded and moved more quickly. The system does away with expensive labour to stack and destack the pallets. In other words, the logistic process is more flexible, more efficient and more reliable.
  • Better use of space: Packaging from the Eggs Cargo System utilizes your transport capacity to the maximum, while storage and return transport uses a minimum of space.
  • Reduced losses: The choice of material and ingenious design gives the trays the maximum load-bearing capacity. Additionally, the trays offers the eggs better protection than conventional trays. Losses through breakage and transport damage are kept to a minimum.
  • Improved hygiene: As the plastic packaging can be fully disinfected, one source of infection is eradicated.
