A seminar on the Omega-3 enrichment of poultry meat is being held at the University of Alberta's Poultry Research Centre.

Sept. 17, 2010 – Omega -3 Enrichment of Poultry Meat seminar to be held Thursday, September 30, 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 pm, at the Poultry Research Centre, University of Alberta.

Mirko Betti – Bioactive lipids in poultry meat: meat quality considerations

Martin Zuidhof – Considerations for optimizing the process of Omega-3 broiler enrichment

Len Underwood – Commercial opportunities for Omega -3 enriched meat products.
