CFIA approves chromium propionate use in Canada

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) approved this use based on extensive research conducted by Kemin, which offers this essential trace mineral as KemTRACE Chromium out of its Canadian headquarters in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Québec.

KemTRACE Chromium is the only CFIA-reviewed source of chromium propionate. KemTRACE Chromium is currently used in dairy, beef, poultry and swine diets in more than 30 countries, including the United States and Mexico.
