May 29, 2009, Mississauga- Maple Leaf has introduced a new line-up of
ready-to-cook Prime
® poultry products in response to Canadian consumers who
want great-tasting fresh food solutions they can cook at home.

products were launched after extensive consumer research which shows that
families are busier today than ever before and
they don’t want to sacrifice quality, nutrition and taste for the sake
of speedy meals.

The new products include: 


Maple Leaf Prime Marinated Chicken Breasts: These come in two flavours, Dijon Mustard & Herb and Santa Fe.  Flavour options are designed to allow the product to be tossed with a salad or pasta or rolled into a fajita. 

Maple Leaf Prime Sauté & Savour: Each package contains sliced pieces of Maple Leaf Prime boneless, skinless breast marinated
in spices and an accompanying sauce which can be added after the chicken is cooked. Flavours include Butter Chicken, Sweet Teriyaki and Parmesan

Maple Leaf Prime Seasoned Flattened Chicken with Garlic
& Herbs
: The back bone is removed from the whole chicken, reducing
cooking time and simplifying carving.

Maple Leaf Prime Poultry Sausages
: Skinless thigh meat sausages with two flavour varieties, Mediterranean Turkey and Roasted
Red Pepper Chicken.
