Merger: First Choice Agriquip and Bosman Agri Inc.

May 22, 2008, Listowel, Ont. – First Choice Agriquip has signed a letter of intent to purchase Bosman Agri Inc.  Plans are in the works to merge the two companies in the next 30 days.  The combined company, to be known as First Choice Bosman, will operate out of the First Choice Agriquip Listowel location.

The sales team of Jonathan Welch and Nathan Bell will be joined by Bosman's Mark Stam for Ontario hog equipment sales and Lance Routledge for Manitoba sales.

Installation technician Murray Epworth from Bosman's will join First Choice's Gerry den Toom, Wayne Henry and Murray Louttit to become an even stronger support for the customer service department.

As partial owner, Joel Koops of Bosman will assume the role as General Manager of the combined company once the transition is complete.

The continued support from valued customers, suppliers and employees has been very encouraging and the new company believes that the merger will position them to be a leader in the Ontario market.

First Choice is part of the Jolco Group of companies with two offices in Quebec and LBJ Farm Equipment located in Amherst, Nova Scotia.
