Back by popular demand, the Poultry Research Centre at the University of Alberta is once again hosting an informative seminar, "New Directions in Poultry Feeding" on Jan. 15, 2009.

hosting an informative seminar, "New Directions in Poultry Feeding" on
Jan. 15, 2009.

Topics include:

• Broiler diets to maximize carcass yield and quality
• Dried distiller's grains with solubles: A closer look at a 21st century Alberta feedstuff
• Nutrient availability and variability of corn in poultry diets
• Feeding today's broiler breeder for tomorrow's broiler

The seminar will be held at the Poultry Research Centre, University of Alberta, South Campus from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
