The Marek’s Disease Virus (MDV) is a highly contagious, ever-evolving threat whose virulence is in continual growth. The condemnation rate for flocks not vaccinated against MDV is an average of 12% in high-challenge areas—with cases as high as 50%. Frozen vaccines that are low-passage have been shown to better protect flocks against MDV compared to high-passage vaccines. MD-VAC®, POULVAC® OVOLINE CVI, and POULVAC® MAREK CVI+HVT from Zoetis provide a broad spectrum of protection and are safe and efficacious. Zoetis is dedicated to helping you effectively manage this serious threat with leading edge vaccines, technology, and services. >>Find out more
