Prinzen Reaches over 40,000 Eggs/Hour
Prinzen, the Netherlands based egg-handler, has developed a system that takes eggs off the conveyor, packs them into 30 cell trays, stacks the trays, and places them onto pallets – all at a speed of 11.11 eggs per second, or
40,000 eggs per hour.
October 30, 3009 – Prinzen, the
Netherlands based egg-handler, has developed a system that takes eggs
off the conveyor, packs them into 30 cell trays, stacks the trays, and
places them onto pallets – all at a speed of 11.11 eggs per second, or
40,000 eggs per hour.
The system combines the new Prinzen Speedpack 110 along with the Prinzen PS-4 tray stacker, the Prinzen Pallet Loader and the necessary conveyors. The system is called the TimeLine and can be managed from one
central touch-screen display at the sorting position at the infeed of the packer.
The TimeLine high speed handling machine is a new addition to the Prinzen table egg
program. For more information, contact David Thompson, Vencomatic Canada tel: 1-800-224-9833, e-mail: david.thompson@vencomatic.ca , or visit www.prinzen.com
