a new product line that offers efficiency and affordability.  The new
line includes a UL/CUL Certified Ceiling fan, 55" exhaust and damper
door fans, 18" stir fans, curved wall inlets, dual stream ceiling
inlets, and a 2000 lb capacity motor for all power inlet and curtain
applications.

J&D Manufacturing has a new product line, including:

Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fan

The J&D Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fan is UL/CUL Certified for outdoor and agricultural use, and has passed all UL/CUL water spray and corrosion tests. It has forward and reverse operation to provide upward or downward airflow. With the 16” grounded 115 volt cord, 10” down-rod and simple J-Hook mount, installation has never been easier. The 60” ceiling fan has high output curved steel blades with a corrosion resistant white powder coated finish for longer life. Each fan has a completely sealed motor and housing, and a limited lifetime warranty.

STORM

The new J&D STORM 55” Fiberglass Exhaust Fan features a rugged aerodynamic housing and deep poly cone for superior performance. The STORM is manufactured with an automotive style belt tensioner and durable pillow block bearings that carry a  seven- year warranty. The high efficiency, totally enclosed motors are available in 1, 1.5, or 2 HP. Options include a high performance cast aluminum or galvanized propeller, poly or aluminum shutters, and our new slanted H-frame design in heavy gauge galvanized or stainless steel H-frame with stainless steel hardware.

TITAN

 
The TITAN 55” galvanized damper door fan by J&D has a new heavy duty H-frame design and durable 18 gauge housing for maximum durability. The 1, 1.5 or 2 HP motor is housed in the upper corner of the fan to allow increased airflow. With performances up to 33,600 CFM at .05” static pressure, and efficiencies up to 23.1 CFM at .05” static pressure, the TITAN is a leading contender.

18” Stir Fan

J&D’s new 18” Stir Fans have wide guard spacing to reduce buildup and cleaning time to ensure your fans are running at maximum capacity all year long. The versatile mounting bracket allows for simple tilt and swivel of the fan to easily change the direction and angle of air movement. Choose from single or variable speed models. The 18” Stir Fan is also offered with an OSHA approved guard to satisfy applications that must be mounted below 7 feet.

Curved Wall & Ceiling Inlets

The distinctive curved aerodynamic design of J&D’s new wall and dual stream ceiling inlets enhances the cooling effect in your house or building. The inlets have solid rubber seals and pivot hinges to create an airtight seal. J&D’s inlet door insulating channels are twice as wide as the competitors for increased insulation capabilities. Depending on your insulation requirements, you may choose from standard or foam filled chambers. The inlets can be cleaned with a high-pressure washer.

Curtain & Inlet Machine

The PCSW100 is J&D Manufacturing’s new high quality, affordable gear motor for all of your power inlet and curtain applications. It features a 2000 lb capacity and heavy-duty cast iron housing so you have the power you need to run your inlets trouble-free. The PCSW100 has a 115-volt motor, industrial rated gear train, and extra shaft for manual emergency override. Each unit has factory filled permanent lubricant, and is shipped with a heavy-duty 3/8” hot dip galvanized steel mounting plate for easy installation.
