The 49th edition of the London Poultry Show (Poultry Industry Conference and Exhibition – PICE) is set to go.

More than 5,000 people are expected to attend the two-day show, held in the Progress Building at the Western Fairgrounds, London, Ontario. The PICE will run Wednesday, April 12th from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Thursday, April 13th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The show, sponsored by the Poultry Industry Council (PIC), will have more than 150 exhibitors and will again include a Kid’s Korner featuring artists from London’s Laughguards. They will entertain and amuse by skillfully transforming children with face paint or earning a smile through imaginative balloon creations.

Always well attended, the show is an excellent place for producers to see the latest technology. The PICE is the largest poultry show in Canada and is where the companies that supply equipment and services for the poultry industry come together.

The London Show is also a community gathering for poultry producers; a place where producers can get together and informally talk shop.

Lunches provided at the show rank among the biggest bargains in the country. On April 12th, the Ontario Turkey Producers’ Marketing Board will again sponsor a Turkey Luncheon from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Canada Building (tickets are $10.00 each).  On April 13th, Alpharma Animal Health Division will sponsor an Egg & Chicken Luncheon in the Canada Building (tickets are $10.00 each).

The cost of admission to the show is $12.00 and the pass is good for both days. Children 12 and under are free.
