amid recent upheaval in the financial markets.

amid recent upheaval in the financial markets.

Ron Bonnett says when the markets are moving up and down this
much, not only does it affect commodities like gold and silver, but
it also puts a lot of volatility into grain prices, meat prices and
other commodities.

As well, he says farmers have been seeing tremendous swings in
their overhead costs.
Another major “wild card'' down the road will be the
availability of credit, though Bonnett says the sector has been
faring well on that front so far.
