December 8, 2011 – The Grease Summit is an internationally accredited seminar with the participation of guest speakers, developed to educate attendees about the current issues around fats, oils and grease (FOG), the latest pretreatment methodology and technology, environmental issues and consequences and current regulations pertaining to FOG in drains, sewers, water treatment facilities and land fill sites.

issues around fats, oils and grease (FOG), the latest pretreatment
methodology and technology, environmental issues and consequences and
current regulations pertaining to FOG in drains, sewers, water treatment
facilities and land fill sites.

The 2011 Grease Summit will be held February 16th at the Executive Hotel and Conference Centre in Burnaby, B.C.

The summit also serves as a forum for a broad range of stakeholders to participate and discuss issues and perspectives.  Typical attendees include environmental organizations, municipal operations management, waste water management, government, health care, bylaw officers, food service operators, meat, fish and poultry processors and more.  This is an all day event and breakfast, lunch and refreshments are included.  Attendance is limited to 30 to ensure open and effective interaction and discussion,
