Norleen is a first-generation organic egg producer. She played key roles both in being accepted into the new entrant program and in achieving organic certification.
Norleen is also committed to personal growth. She participated in both Egg Farmers of Canada’s young farmer program and its mentorship program for female egg producers.
She also completed a rigorous farm business management program called CTeam.
