World’s Poultry Congress to Feature Large Business Expo

Apr. 25, 2012 – The largest business fair of the poultry industry will be held during the 24th World Poultry Congress, gathering the main companies of all continents that will present their newest products, prospect new commercial partners, and discuss the poultry meat and egg production chain. As of today, more than 100 companies have confirmed their presence at the WPC Expo. These companies represent different poultry industry sectors, including equipment, pharmaceuticals, genetics, nutrition, health, services, etc.
The World’s Poultry Congress and business fair will be held August 5-8 at the Convention Center of Bahia, in Salvador, Brazil. WPC Expo will have more than 4,300 square meters, divided into hundreds of stands that will be occupied by companies and organizations of all sizes linked to the poultry market. The World Poultry Congress is held every four years by the World’s Poultry Science Association (WPSA) and its 24th editions expects to attract 9,000 visitors from all continents and 4,000 participants to discuss the poultry meat and egg production chain.
