WTO: Ministers Not Likely to Convene until 2009

delegations today, recommended that unless there would be
dramatic changes in the next 48 hours “we do not convene ministers to
finalize modalities by the end of the year”. He said that after a week
of intensive consultations, he had not “detected the political drive”
