Egg Farmers of Canada (EFC) has been recognized as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures by Waterstone Human Capital for the fourth consecutive year.

CEO Drew Black attributes this achievement to the hard work and dedication of the entire team. He emphasizes the organization’s approach, which prioritizes collaboration, engagement, and open dialogue. This shared commitment to creating an outstanding workplace environment sets them apart and enables them to fulfill their mission of being a leader in Canada’s agricultural future.

In addition to this recognition, EFC has also been inducted into the Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures Hall of Fame, joining an elite group of top organizations.

This accolade coincides with the launch of their employee-led Culture Roadmap, which outlines numerous initiatives and regular touchpoints to further engage staff and promote a sense of shared ownership of the organization’s culture.

These efforts are complemented by existing programs such as paid time off for community volunteering, comprehensive benefits, and a tailored approach to professional development, all of which have contributed to EFC’s reputation as an employer of choice.
