The long-standing tradition of the poultry industry gathering each year at the National Poultry Show (NPS) has stood the test of time despite three years of cancellations – first due to Covid, and then due to Avian Influenza affecting poultry events in Ontario. As one of North America’s premier poultry trade shows, the NPS brings together the best in the poultry industry with the latest in poultry technology, innovations, and education. It is a must-attend event for the whole industry. Now, producers are welcomed back to the first event in three years, at the Western Fair District Agriplex on Wednesday, February 8th and Thursday, February 9th, 2023.
